Five years ago, I left Germany to see the world.
In my first year I was constantly on the road. I travelled to all eleven countries in South East Asia and spent five months in Western Australia.
In 2017 I then found my new home far from home. Hello Indonesia.
Being an expat in Asia has its challenges. You have to adapt to the different cultures. But once you have the right mindset, you’ll learn what adventures Asia has to offer. I love exploring, I love trying new things, I love meeting people. Besides: living at the equator has the one thing I love above all else. The sun.
Not Today Blog is about telling stories of adventure, sport, creativity, silence and life abroad. Let us build a community where we encourage each other not to put off the good things in life any longer. Why not try out what you always thought about trying out? WHY NOT TODAY?
